Auro Panorama is a 9-acre luxury project in Kondapur, Hyderabad, built by Auro Realty. The builder plans 4 high-rise towers with 1,500 modern homes for families and tech workers.

Auro Panorama is located opposite National Highway 65 near Hafeezpet Flyover in Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana (PIN 500084). Sitting on NH 65 makes it easy to drive in and out without local traffic jams.

The project covers a 9-acre plot and holds 4 high-rise towers. Each tower rises to ground plus 35 floors and holds 1,500 flats in total.

Auro Panorama sets aside 70% of its 9-acre site as open green space. This open ground brings in cool air, lots of sun, and wide space for outdoor play.

Select homes on upper floors have open views of nearby lakes and water bodies. These top-floor flats offer clean, green views above the busy city below.

The project offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK luxury flats. Each unit comes with a private balcony, an open hall, and a wash area by the kitchen.

Two-bedroom units range from 1,400 to 1,500 sq. ft. of super built-up area. These homes feature two bathrooms, an entry hall, and a kitchen utility area.

Three-bedroom flats range from 1,700 to 1,860 sq. ft. of super built-up area. These units offer large master bedrooms, extra guest space, and wide living halls.

Four-bedroom flats range from 2,000 to 2,200 sq. ft. of super built-up area. These big flats offer en-suite baths, larger dining space, and corner lake views.

Prices start at ₹2.2 crore for 2 BHK flats during the pre-launch phase. The full price list for all units will come out at the launch on 20 December 2026.

The base flat price does not include all costs. Buyers may need to pay stamp duty, registration fees, GST, and power and water charges. Parking and maintenance fees will be listed in the booking cost sheet.

Auro Panorama began its pre-launch phase in October 2026. During this period, buyers can visit the site and show interest in the project. The official launch is planned for 20 December 2026.

Auro Panorama is expected to be completed by 28 December 2030. The builder plans to hand over the homes in December 2030. Buyers should check their sale agreement for the confirmed possession date.

Auro Panorama is awaiting RERA registration while the state authorities review the project documents. The builder is expected to share the registration number and approved site plans once they are available. Buyers should check the official RERA records before booking.

The main gate sits right on NH 65, and cars reach the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in 3 minutes. This direct road link makes trips to the airport and other parts of town quick.
